Renee’s passion for helping businesses started with running her own and recognising the challenges are sometimes hard to face alone.
Renee is a qualified bookkeeper, with experience working within large national groups over the past 3 decades. Her focus is on ensuring clients always have current, up to date records and supporting their processes in a personalised and caring way.
Renee’s key strength lies in her communication. Where some bookkeepers shy away from talking to clients, Renee takes the lead to ensure clients feel like the main characters in the story of their business.
Renee is our All Round Superstar who is our resident ‘Care Bear’. She goes above and beyond for clients. She has helped find cooks, cleaners, travel agents just to make sure clients have the support they need to be the best they can.
Renee is also our resident investigator with no search too large for her inquisitive ways.
With over nine years of experience in administration and finance, Belle brings invaluable support and expertise to the Alexander & Co team. She has been part of our firm for 5 years, looking after our administration needs and expertly handling transactional bookkeeping including bank reconciliations, supplier invoice processing and other essential administrative services, making sure that everything is processed accurately and efficiently.
Belle is our hidden persuader on the team with a keen eye for detail and loves a good reconciliation. This attention is also placed into fashion where she loves a bit of a thread and small needle expertly creating works of fashion art, when hunting Victor down on deliverables!
Jezza is a dedicated accounting professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience across all facets of business accounting and reporting. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to managing financial data, she ensures that every transaction is accurate and meaningful, providing actionable insights to drive informed business decisions.
In her 5 years with Alexander & Co Consulting, Jezza has developed a reputation for delivering tailored financial solutions, expertly handling all aspects of transactional and payroll management. Her expertise includes everything from cash account reconciliations and invoice management to debtor tracking, payroll processing, compliance, and resolving complex client queries.
Heidi isn’t just an incredible human — Not only can she rock an ABBA suit, but Heidi also brings a wealth of experience from both corporate and small business worlds. She’s worked with private equity transactional teams and large-scale financial systems, but she also deeply understands the ins and outs of running a small business—having worked closely with franchisees for years.
She gets the stress (and rewards) of system changes and is passionate about keeping things simple, efficient, and stress-free.
Her expertise spans Xero, ApprovalMax (invoice approvals), Weel Expense Management, Dext, EFTsure, and even bespoke ERP and CRM solutions.
Heidi loves brilliant ABBA outing, and is the biggest cheerleader when it comes to anything ABBA music related.
Beyond her musical talents, Heidi is also our fitness guru and does better than the rest of us keeping up her fitness sessions and can frequently be seen pushing our team to be healthy not just in mind, but also in body!
Andrea joined A&Co in May 2026, bringing a review-focused eye to our bookkeeping and compliance work. Based in New Zealand, Andrea keeps BAS, IAS and payroll compliance squeaky clean across our client base, working closely with the team to ensure accounts are handover-ready for tax agents every time.
Her strength lies in working directly with clients to catch the tricky stuff including GST reconciliations, deferred revenue, prepayments before it becomes a problem.

Courtney joined A&Co in 2026 with a background in tax and business advisory at KPMG and Pitcher Partners, and now brings that big-firm rigour to a smaller, more personal setting.
